Yes. We support Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Apple TV, and other smart TV platforms. Please let us know your device model when you inquire.
What if an app updates and loses my settings?
If an update resets your configuration within one week of our original setup, we will reconfigure it at no charge. After that period, a standard service fee applies.
Do you support iPad Pro and iPhone?
Yes. We cover all iOS and iPadOS devices, handling App Store installations and full initial setup.
Can you set up overseas streaming services?
If you have a valid subscription, we can assist with account login and initial configuration. We do not bypass regional restrictions or arrange subscriptions on your behalf.
Where does the setup take place?
We can visit your home or office, or in some cases assist remotely via screen sharing. We will confirm the best option during the intake call.
