1. Accounts and declarations
- GビズIDプライム (by mail, about 2 weeks)

- Optional, earns points in 通常枠: IT戦略ナビwith (done before applying, with the same GビズID)
2. Documents: corporation (法人)
- 履歴事項全部証明書 (registry certificate) issued within 3 months before applying
- Corporate tax payment certificate (法人税 納税証明書 その1 or その2) for the latest year
- Latest balance sheet and income statement
3. Documents: sole proprietor (個人事業主)
- ID (driver's license or 住民票 issued within 3 months)
- Income tax payment certificate (所得税 納税証明書 その1 or その2)
- Copy of the 2025 tax return (令和7年分 確定申告書) showing tax-office receipt, plus the 青色申告決算書 or 収支内訳書
4. Technical side
- List of processes to improve and the current problem
- Chosen tool (registered in the program) and registered vendor
- Itemized quote and schedule, signing nothing before the 交付決定
- Today's numbers (hours, errors, costs) to measure results later
